Overview As the Customer Services Representative you will be primarily responsible for preparing contracts and building the relationship with our customers. This role plays an integral part in our customer relationship network. You will be the liaison between the company and our customers, handling day‑to‑day interactions and answering any key questions or concerns. The position will collaborate with the departments of sales, operations, and accounting to optimize sales, retention, and leads. Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for a customer, and/or potential customers. Answer customers’ questions by phone and email. Enter contracts and bid documents into CRM. Prepare and forward any draft bids for review and approval to executive leaders. Maintain contracting and bid records by making copies and filing documents. Perform follow‑up phone calls and emails with customers for status updates. Manage, file, and handle paperwork received from the customers and/or other departments. Update customers’ POC for scheduling service and billing information. Adhere to provision time frames on bid documents. Manage designated special projects set by managers and executive leaders. Work with the department on other tasks as they develop. Work with Operations Manager in Dallas and Area Manager in Houston to forecast and schedule services. Track and trace all active reports for Dallas and Houston. Maintain positive working relationships and clear communication with co‑workers and clients. Upsell additional services to existing clients. Be involved in BOMA events for both Dallas and Houston. Other duties assigned by manager. Requirements High school/GED diploma required; AA preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Salesforce or a CRM preferred. Excellent communication skills. Strong relationship‑building ability. Professionalism. Attention to detail. Result orientation. Customer service orientation. Time management.
