IT Systems Support Technician

Akkodis is seeking aIT Systems Support Technicianjob with a client in Rochester, NY. Must hold a Bachelor degree in an IT related field to be considered. Will be handling incoming requests via phone, email, and chat, while delivering great customer experience. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.IT Systems Support Technician responsibilities include:Front-Line Triage & Support: Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 technical issues via phone, email, live chat, and remote support tools.Systems Administration: Assist with user onboarding/offboarding, password resets, permissions, and software deployment in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory/Entra ID environments.Hardware & Network Triage: Troubleshoot desktop hardware, workstations, peripherals, basic local network issues (Wi-Fi, routers, switches), and printers.Regional On-Site Dispatch: Drive the company car to client sites in Western NY for hardware setups, cable management, or hands-on troubleshooting as needed.Ticket Management: Maintain clear, real-time ticket logs and document solutions in our internal knowledge baseDesired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in IT Related field is required.Minimum One years Related Experience. xhyhwjd Experience in Windows desktop OS skills (Windows 8.1/10/11)Experience in Windows Office application suite skillsApple MacOS skillsWindows (Server 2012/2016/2019/2022) is requiredNetwork, UTM, Firewalls, Inter-intranet experience is requiredMSO365 and Google Workspace are required.Must hold a valid Driver's License with a clean driving recordIf you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
