The Cath Lab Tech is responsible for assisting in the preparation and performance of cardiovascular procedures. This role requires strong technical skills and knowledge of cardiac equipment and procedures. The Cath Lab Tech will collaborate effectively with the medical team to ensure patient safety and comfort. Adherence to infection control protocols is essential. Strong communication skills are necessary to provide clear information to patients and team members. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Cath Lab Tech must be prepared to handle emergency situations effectively. Ongoing education and skills assessment are a part of the role. Compliance with all health and safety regulations is mandatory. The ability to work flexible hours is expected.
