Orthopedic Physical Therapist Spero Rehab, a private practice with 7 locations between Houston and Austin, is seeking a full‑time Orthopedic Physical Therapist. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE‑accredited program or eligibility to obtain. State physical therapy license in good standing or eligibility to obtain. Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) or eligibility to take the exam. Experience in an outpatient orthopedic/neurological setting, preferred. Strong manual therapy skills and exercise prescription knowledge. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds. Team‑oriented approach to patient care. Experienced and new graduates encouraged to apply.
