Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients' physical, emotional, and developmental needs related to occupational therapy.
  
  
• 
  Develop personalized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and independence.
  
  
• 
  Implement therapeutic interventions focused on enhancing motor, sensory, or cognitive functions.
  
  
• 
  Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on exercises, strategies, and adaptive equipment.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to facility policies, including bringing proper identification and wearing a photo badge at all times.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license or certification.
  
  
• 
  Require current state or federal issued identification for facility access.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• 
  Possess the ability to assess patients' needs and develop appropriate therapy plans.
  
  
• 
  Have a minimum of one year of direct clinical experience preferred.
