Job Summary:

We areseekinga proactive and detail-orientedPeople and Culture Coordinator to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creatingstructure, supporting employees, and helping operations run smoothly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This position will support day-to-dayP& Coperationsincluding onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, interview coordination, HR systems administration, and general employee support. In addition, this role willpartnerwith the Executive Assistant/Admin team toassistwith office coordination, employee events, lunch ordering, and other operational support as needed.

Responsibilities

People and CultureOperations & Employee Support

• Support dailyP&Cadministrative operations and employee requests

• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracyacross systems

• Assistwith processing personnel changes including promotions, transfers, title changes, compensation updates, and manager changes

• HelpmaintainHRdocumentation, templates, and organizational records

• Support compliance-related tracking andemployee personnel filesmaintenance
  

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Coordinate onboardinglogisticsfor new hires including systems setup, documentation, orientation scheduling, and communication with cross-functional teams

• Partner with IT, hiring managers, and facilities to ensurea smoothonboarding experience

• Coordinate offboarding activities including notifications, equipment returns, system access tracking, and exit documentationaudits

Recruiting Coordination

• Assistwith interview scheduling and candidate coordination

• Support interviewlogistics, interview panel communication, and feedback collection

• Maintain recruiting trackers and support hiring workflow administration

• Partner withcandidates,recruitersandhiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience

HR Systems & Reporting

• Support HR systems administration including ADP,BambooHR, and other HR tools

• Assistwith reporting, data tracking, and dashboard preparation

• Helpmaintainorganizational charts, employee directories, and headcount trackers

Employee Experience & Administrative Support

• Assistwith employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, learning activities, and company events

• Support performance review and goal-setting cycle administration

• Help coordinate training sessions, meetings, and internal communications

• Partner with the Executive Assistant/Admin team to support operational and office-related needs
• Assistwith office operations by coordinating team lunches and all-staff company meetings, welcoming visitors, conference room logistics, mail distribution, and other administrative requests as needed.
  

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of HR, recruiting coordination, administrative, or operations experience

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information

• Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems

• Experience with ADP, BambooHR, Culture Amp, or similar HR platforms is a plus

• Biotechnology, healthcare, or startup experience is a plus

Base Salary: $ 75,000 - $90,000. Exact compensation may vary based on level, skills and experience.
