We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one outpatient orthopedic care for adult patients. Join a supportive team offering mentorship, flexible scheduling, no weekend shifts, and opportunities for new graduates.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Treat a diverse patient population, including adults, balance/fall patients, post-operative cases, concussion, vestibular disorders, and patients with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS).
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize sound clinical judgment to support patient recovery and functional goals.
• Opportunity to work across multiple outpatient clinic locations and assist with coverage at correctional healthcare facilities.
• Flexible schedule with no weekend work.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply, with comprehensive mentoring and training provided.

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Active Maryland Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain.
• New graduates welcome.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred but not required.
• Preferred (not required):
• Dry Needling
• Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS)
• Vestibular/Balance Rehabilitation
• BPPV/Vertigo
• Concussion Rehabilitation
• Back Pain Management
• Pre/Post-Operative Rehabilitation
• Fall Prevention
