About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Change Management to lead and drive the organization's change initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that ensure a seamless transition during global process improvements, system implementations, and structural reorganizations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in change management, typically with over 10 years of experience, and a background in business administration, organizational development, human resources, or a related field. The VP will work closely with senior leadership to align change efforts with organizational goals, oversee the execution of change management activities, and lead a team of professionals to effectively manage change across the organization.
