We are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our established and growing team in Tinton Falls.

What You’ll Do

As an RDA, you’ll play an important role in keeping the clinical day running smoothly and helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting doctors during a variety of dental procedures
• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining proper operatory setup
• Taking and developing dental radiographs as permitted by state requirements
• Preparing and sterilizing instruments
• Maintaining infection-control and OSHA standards
• Taking impressions and assisting with digital scans when appropriate
• Providing patients with chairside support and education
• Maintaining accurate clinical records
• Helping ensure the doctor and clinical team have everything they need for a smooth day
• Providing a warm, professional, and reassuring experience for every patient

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an RDA who is:

• A Registered Dental Assistant in New Jersey
• Experienced in a general dentistry environment
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental office
• Friendly and confident with patients
• A strong communicator and team player
• Passionate about dentistry and committed to providing excellent patient care
• Someone who takes initiative and is always willing to help the team
