Senior Payroll Administrator

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to join its growing finance team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $75,000 to $90,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee payroll preparation, documentation, and distribution for employees across multiple locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including tax withholdings and benefit deductions.
• Conduct regular payroll audits to maintain accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and generate payroll reports for internal stakeholders and auditors.
• Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries, providing guidance to employees and management.

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
• Previous experience with payroll software, with international payroll experience being a plus.
• Relevant payroll certifications are preferred.

• Apply strong organizational and communication skills to manage payroll operations efficiently.
• Handle sensitive payroll data with integrity and discretion.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Maintain a proactive, team-oriented attitude to support organizational initiatives.
