Description Associate Project Manager Location: Menomonee Falls, WI (on-site) Status: Full-Time, Exempt Workplace Type: On-site. This role combines office-based project management work with regular interaction on the production floor to manage projects, build relationships, and gain firsthand understanding of manufacturing operations. What You'll Do Support cross-functional projects from planning through implementation Coordinate activities and communicate with stakeholders across multiple departments Track project progress, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Assist with continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and quality Help facilitate project meetings, action plans, and status updates Work with customers and suppliers on quality-related initiatives Maintain project documentation and support audit readiness efforts Identify project risks and implementation challenges and help keep projects moving forward Requirements What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred 0-2 years of project management, manufacturing, or related experience Internship, co-op, leadership, or manufacturing experience is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of teams and stakeholders Analytical mindset with an interest in process improvement Comfortable learning new systems, processes, and business operations A collaborative team player who lives our values of Determination, Respect, Appreciation, Fun, and Trust Why Join TLP?
