Village Caregiving is looking for caring, reliable, and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team and provide exceptional in-home care to clients in the Defiance, Ohio area. What You'll Do

As a Home Health Aide, you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by:

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Following individualized care plans to meet each client's unique needs.
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Creating a clean, safe, and supportive home environment.
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition to the care team.
• Encouraging independence while providing compassionate, respectful care.

What We're Looking For

• Current Ohio Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while delivering quality care.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.
