Finance & Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

As our Finance & Operations Coordinator, you’ll be an essential part of the Accounting team. This hybrid role provides support to four-five employees across a variety of job functions, allowing the F&O Coordinator some flex options and the ability to pivot between duties.

Responsibilities

AP/AR: Processing invoices and payments. Reconciling bank statements
Payroll Support: Assist with processing and submitting payroll and payroll reports.
Bookkeeping & Billing: Process vendor invoices, reconcile monthly credit card statements, and support accounts receivable tracking.
Must be able to work well independently as well as in conjunction with others both inside and outside of the department

Qualifications

Previous Accounting Experience is required
Previous Bookkeeping Experience is required
Previous Banking experience is preferred
Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience is required
High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Proven experience handling administrative tasks plus basic accounting and/or bookkeeping functions.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to pivot between different operational priorities.
