Location: Cape Coral, FL
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 per year based on experience, with full benefits
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour

Job Summary
Are you looking for a Physical Therapy role where you can take the time to truly connect with your patients? We’re seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Cape Coral. This is a chance to focus on quality care without the rush — providing each patient with a personalized treatment plan and the space to recover at their own pace.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed evaluations to determine patient needs
• Design individualized treatment plans tailored to specific goals and challenges
• Deliver therapy through exercise instruction, hands-on techniques, and education
• Modify treatment plans based on patient progress
• Teach patients about injury prevention and home exercises
• Keep precise and thorough records of patient progress

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
• Valid Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain one
• Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• New grads with a strong clinical foundation are encouraged to apply
