Scope: Support Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Logistics, Supplier Quality, and broader Business Operations functions. 6‑month contract. Who You Are A recruiter who can spot high‑impact talent across supply chain and operations. Curious about how companies build, scale, and optimize global operations. Helps translate Tenstorrent’s mission into compelling reasons for candidates to join. Thrives in fast‑moving, scrappy, evolving environments, ideally with startup experience. Energized by partnering closely with hiring managers and influencing talent decisions in complex, business‑critical areas. What We Need 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience across supply chain, operations, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, planning, or related functions. Ability to build talent pipelines beyond LinkedIn through industry networks, referrals, niche communities, and targeted market mapping. Experience partnering with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate profiles, and move searches forward with speed and clarity. Strong candidate assessment and closing skills, especially for operationally critical roles. A process‑oriented mindset that keeps recruiting workflows sharp, human, and scalable.
