Make Ready Technician – Property Management - IRVING, TX 75039
Location: Irving, TX 75039
Pay: $18–$19 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday
We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Make Ready Technician to join our property management team in Irving, TX. This role ensures our apartment homes are clean, functional, and move‑in ready — and also supports the community by completing maintenance work orders as needed.
Responsibilities
- Complete make‑ready turns, including cleaning, painting, repairs, and general maintenance
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
- Complete assigned maintenance work orders promptly and professionally
- Inspect units and report needed repairs or safety issues
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and deadlines
Requirements
- Experience in apartment make‑ready or general maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete basic work orders
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
