Job Description Fun. Flexibility. Growth. As an Applebee's Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring the best drink possible for our guests and servers. You should be friendly to both staff and customers, follow established standards to create a great bar experience, and work hard while having a great time.
