Hospitality Manager

The Hospitality Manager is responsible for leading all Front of House (FOH) operations at Juneberry Ridge, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across dining, beverage service, lodging, events, and guest services. This position oversees daily FOH operations, service standards, guest satisfaction, staff training, and beverage programming while partnering closely with culinary, events, and housekeeping teams to deliver seamless and memorable experiences. The Hospitality Manager is a visible, hands‑on leader who sets the tone for hospitality excellence by coaching teams, engaging with guests, and maintaining the highest standards of service, professionalism, and operational execution. Key Responsibilities Lead Front of House Operations – Oversee all Front of House operations including dining service, bar service, guest interactions, and events. Maintain an active presence on the floor and ensure exceptional service standards are consistently executed. Deliver Outstanding Guest Experiences – Ensure every guest interaction is warm, welcoming, and seamless from reservation to departure. Lead guest recovery efforts, address concerns promptly, and create memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits. Lead & Develop Hospitality Teams – Train, coach, and develop Front of House staff including servers, and bartenders. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, teamwork, and hospitality. Manage Beverage & Bar Operations – Oversee beverage programming including wine, beer, cocktails, and non‑alcoholic offerings. Manage purchasing, inventory, cost controls, and ensure beverage presentation aligns with the Juneberry Ridge experience. Maintain Front of House Standards – Ensure event spaces, bars, patios, and all guest‑facing areas are clean, organized, and presentation‑ready at all times. Establish and uphold standards for service, cleanliness, and appearance. Event & Service Coordination – Partner closely with the Director of Hospitality, culinary team, event managers, sales, and other departments to execute exceptional events, retreats, weddings, and farm‑to‑table experiences. Manage Housekeeping & Lodging Operations – Oversee housekeeping team to ensure exceptional cleanliness, room readiness, attention to detail, and an outstanding guest stay experience. Operational Excellence – Oversee POS systems, reservations, inventory, scheduling, guest communications, labor management, and financial performance to ensure efficiency and profitability. Problem‑Solve & Innovate – Address guest feedback proactively, troubleshoot operational challenges, and continuously seek opportunities to elevate service, improve processes, and enhance the overall guest experience. Curate Atmosphere & Aesthetic – Help shape the ambiance and experience of all guest‑facing spaces to reflect the beauty, warmth, and values of Juneberry Ridge. Who You Are A passionate hospitality professional with 3+ years of Front of House leadership experience in a restaurant, resort, hotel, or hospitality environment. An experienced leader who thrives on developing teams, coaching employees, and creating exceptional guest experiences. A visible, hands‑on manager who leads by example and enjoys being on the floor, engaging with guests, and supporting the team during service. A hospitality professional with strong knowledge of dining service, beverage operations, reservations, and guest experience management. Qualifications & Preferred Experience 3+ years of Front of House leadership experience in a restaurant, resort, hotel, or hospitality environment. Demonstrated success managing guest‑facing teams, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and guest experience associates. Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards, beverage operations, reservations, and guest recovery. Experience with scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and cost management. Proven leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop high‑performing teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. Proficiency with POS systems, reservation platforms, and hospitality software; experience with TripleSeat and Cloudbeds is a plus. Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktail, and non‑alcoholic beverage programs preferred. ServSafe Certification required or the ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire. Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events based on business needs. Experience in boutique hospitality, farm‑to‑table dining, event venues, or luxury guest experiences is preferred.
