Other duties may be assigned.Strategically develop and manage project plans, budget, scope and resources. Lead and manage project teams, both internal and external partners. Identify and manage risks associated with the project; provide timely updates to stakeholders. Create and manage project budgets. Follow all regulations related to projects and ensure they’re in compliance.Required Competencies:To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:Strategic leadership: align project goals with company objectives, make high-level decisions and foster collaboration.Effective communication: tailor complex updates to executives and partners while managing expectations. Organizational acumen: manage budgets, timelines and resource allocation across multiple projects.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, project management.5+ years of leadership experience with a demonstrated history of leading teams and managing multiple projects. Excellent organizational and time management skills.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, project management. 5+ years of leadership experience with a demonstrated history of leading teams and managing multiple projects. Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficient in relevant software applications and project management tools. Able to motivate and manage project teams.A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
