Remote Concierge Representative

Supporting the Concierge Department, the full-time Remote Concierge Representative will manage referral orders, perform order entry, and schedule patient appointments while working Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM CST. Key responsibilities Process orders received via fax or EMRs and perform accurate order entry Obtain necessary clinical records and manage scheduling queues efficiently Schedule and confirm patient appointments while ensuring smooth exam entry Required qualifications Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare Proficient in data entry with a focus on speed and accuracy High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required; continuing education preferred Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly Strong professional demeanor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
