Contingent Assets is looking for Controller with experience in construction. The ideal candidate has experience job costing, project accounting and helping a company scale for growth. Understanding how to work within a small company is a plus.

Create Internal Controls, KPI, Dash Boards
Establish Month End Process
Oversee All Accounting Activities - GAAP
Ability Scale Growth
WIP, Financial Reporting, Earned Revenue Reporting
Construction, Job Costing, Percentage To Completion (Required)
Multi-Entity or Multi-Location
CPA (Preferred)
ASC 606 (Preferred)
Strong Financial Analysis, FP&A
B.S. Accounting
