Duties

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and market research to expand our client base.
• Engage with prospective clients in a corporate sales environment, presenting compelling solutions that meet their unique needs.
• Negotiate terms and close deals effectively by leveraging strong sales negotiation skills and understanding client requirements.
• Manage existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, foster loyalty, and uncover additional sales opportunities through account management strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and support sales efforts.
• Utilize Salesforce and other sales management systems proficiently to track activities, update client information, and monitor pipeline progress.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless deal closing processes and ongoing customer support.

Experience

• Proven success in B2B (business-to-business) sales, particularly in service sales, janitorial sales, or building maintenance sales environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer accounts effectively within a corporate or enterprise selling context.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals in a competitive setting.
• Experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools for managing sales pipelines and customer data.
• Excellent communication skills combined with analysis skills to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions.
• Prior experience in sales management systems proficiency is preferred.
• Leadership qualities that enable guiding clients through complex purchasing decisions while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
