Key responsibilities Manage daily team operations to meet performance and quality metrics Support and develop agents through regular feedback and coaching Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure adherence to company policies Required qualifications Minimum 1 year of call center management or leadership experience, or 3 years in a call center environment High School Diploma or equivalent Proficiency in MS Office Availability to work Monday through Friday between 8am-7pm EST Virtual Vocations Inc
