Content Marketing Manager

About Removery Removery is the global leader in laser tattoo removal. We aim to normalize tattoo removal and empower people to feel comfortable in their skin, providing the highest quality of service and care at every stage of the removal or fading journey. Position Overview The Content Manager is the connective tissue of the Removery brand. You will manage and execute content across our most critical channels—website, email, in‑studio assets, internal communications and more—ensuring every piece of content is on‑brand, accurate, and purposeful. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will be a reliable, detail‑obsessed steward of the Removery voice and visual identity. Key Responsibilities Website Content Own day‑to‑day content management on Removery.com, including website updates, new location pages, promotions, and blog/resource content Coordinate with the digital/web team to ensure timely, accurate, and on‑brand content deployment Maintain a content calendar aligned to campaigns, new studio openings, and seasonal marketing priorities Audit existing web content regularly for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment Develop SEO/GEO/AEO content, including keyword development to support organic traffic Email & SMS Marketing Content Write, edit, and manage content for all customer‑facing email/SMS communications, including promotional campaigns, lifecycle flows, and transactional messages Partner with the Call Center and CRM teams to build a content‑first strategy Ensure email/SMS copy and design assets meet brand standards before deployment Track content performance and provide recommendations for improvement In‑Studio & Print Assets Write and update in‑studio content assets, including signage, brochures, consent materials, and graphics Collaborate with Studio Operations to understand in‑studio content needs and develop content to support operational needs Maintain an organized asset library that studio teams can access easily and consistently Ensure all physical materials reflect current brand standards and any regional or regulatory variations Internal Communications Support development and management of internal content across channels such as Slack, email newsletters, and intranet/knowledge bases Ensure internal communications align with brand voice and reinforce Removery's culture and values Partner with HR/People & Culture and Operations teams to develop and distribute team‑facing content for campaigns, training, and announcements Help ensure all internal‑facing brand communications are consistent with the external brand Content Operations Help manage the master LLM used to maintain our content across AI agents Maintain a master content calendar that integrates all channels and stakeholder needs Manage content intake requests from cross‑functional teams and prioritize against Creative Director guidance Maintain and enforce brand voice guidelines, copy standards, and content templates Brief and manage freelance copywriters and content producers as needed Required Qualifications 4+ years of content management, copywriting, or content marketing experience Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for brand voice, tone, and consistency Experience managing content across multiple channels (web, email, print, internal comms) Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Contentful, or similar) Excellent organizational and project management skills—able to juggle multiple deadlines without dropping the ball Collaborative, low‑ego, and solutions‑oriented approach to cross‑functional work Experience in consumer‑facing brands, ideally in health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle Preferred Qualifications Experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Basic design sensibility and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Experience in multi‑unit retail or franchise environments Understanding of SEO best practices and how content drives organic performance Benefits Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, STD and LTD insurance Company‑paid life insurance and optional additional coverage Short and long‑term disability, flexible savings accounts and other optional coverages Paid parental leave based on tenure Eight company‑paid holidays plus additional floating holidays based on tenure Flexible paid time off and eight hours of paid volunteer time per year 401(k) program with generous company match Team member referral bonus program Employee assistance program and resources to help manage work‑life balance Collaborative work environment with an inclusive culture Ongoing training and opportunities for advancement We are deeply committed to attracting talented team members from all backgrounds regardless of race, age, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability status, or nationality.
