Merrill Gardens - 80 Front Street - Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry, and general care; Manage medication as allowed by the state and complete daily progress reports of services provided; Complete progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed (chart by exception); Support daily resident care activities and documentation; Maintain accurate daily progress notes for residents
