At RR Living, we are a part of something special.The Leasing Consultant assists current and future residents in all leasing related tasks and acts as the face of the Community. They maintain an upbeat attitude and are responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming living space for all residents.Responsibilities:Maintain occupancy above 95% striving toward 100% with a sales-oriented mindsetAssists future residents with finding a perfect apartment to call homeProvide a positive and genuine experience to all current and future residentsUsing strategic consultative selling skills to achieve 100% Community OccupancyUse high level communication skills when dealing with current and future residentPrioritizes tour path and ensures curb appeal is up to par on property – Communicate any feedback to Maintenance team and Community ManagerEnsures leases are complete and correctResolve concerns related to Leasing for resident concerns while focusing on resident retentionExpert in using marketing techniques and social media to promote community and its eventsStrong ability to mediate and assess current and future resident feedbackAssists with resident retention activitiesScheduling and following up with progress of maintenance work orders and future move insA minimum of 1 year on-site as a Leasing Consultant requiredAbility to work weekends and evenings as neededOneSite and Knock experience is preferredExperience in managing high volume trafficProven experience in lead management and follow upStrong track record of customer service and overall customer experienceCompetence in Microsoft Suite and Property Management Software strongly preferred.Participate in training to comply with new or existing Fair Housing laws.Present self in a neat, clean, and professional manner at all timesComply with expectations as demonstrated in the Employee Handbook.Experience in team structures and ability to collaborate with cross functional teamsRR Living ValuesBe Your Best.
