Job title D365 F&O Support Analyst – Illinois – Up to 100K 10% bonus Job Overview An exciting opportunity for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Support Analyst to join a well-established manufacturing business. This role will focus on supporting users across the D365 F&O environment, resolving system issues, assisting with training, and helping improve day-to-day ERP operations. You will work closely with teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT to ensure the platform continues to support business needs effectively. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for D365 F&O users Train end users and create clear documentation and user guides Monitor system performance and resolve ERP-related issues Maintain accurate system data and assist with reporting requirements Test D365 F&O updates, enhancements, and new functionality Manage user access, security roles, and permissions Collaborate with Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and Operations teams Recommend process improvements and D365 F&O best practices Experience 1–3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or Sales modules Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Experience supporting and training end users Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Power Apps Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication and teamwork skills ERP implementation or upgrade experience is beneficial Knowledge of manufacturing, finance, or supply chain processes is advantageous Experience with VB, C#, ServiceNow, or Jira is a plus Microsoft Dynamics certifications are beneficial Salary/Package Up to 100,000 base salary 10% annual bonus Location Tinley Park, Illinois – On-site role.
