(Chart by exception)If you are someone with:Current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain.CNA license or two years previous experience as a caregiverAbility to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.Physical Requirements:This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday.
