What You'll Do Build meaningful connections with patients and support their healthcare journey Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and patient care activities Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented healthcare environment focused on excellence What We're Looking For Education: High school diploma. Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program, that includes an externship in a medical office clinical setting, required. Curriculum must include pharmacology and medication administration. (Certificate must be obtained within six months of hire). Certifications accepted: CMA - American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) CCMA - National Health career Association (NHA) RMA - American Medical Technologists (AMT) RMA - American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA) RMA - National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) RMA - National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP) Experience: Previous work in a medical setting preferred. Licensure/certification/registration: CMA, CCMA, RMA. Refer to Life Support Training Policy NH-HR-3096. Annual UAP agreement with provider required.
