For more than 70 years, this physician'led organization with more than 130 providers has served communities across central North Carolina, maintaining a culture centered on clinical excellence, collaboration, and long'term physician success. This opportunity offers a rare combination of autonomy, stability, and a clear pathway to ownership.

Position Details:
-100% outpatient practice
-No call responsibilities, weekends or holiday coverage
-Established team of physicians and APPs
-15-20 patients per day
-Dedicated walk'in clinic support of 11 APPs to preserve continuity and schedule flexibility
-Onsite imaging, laboratory services, and extensive specialty support
