What You'll Do

Provide direct patient care including medication administration and treatments
Assess patient needs and update care plans collaboratively with medical teams
Respond promptly to patient alarms and call lights
Assist with patient transfers and education
Document clinical care accurately and thoroughly
Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and regulations
Support interdisciplinary team efforts to achieve patient outcomes

What You Need

Required:
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing
Preferred:
- Previous night shift experience
- Strong assessment and communication skills
