Inpatient Hospice RN — Lead Patient Care (Part-Time)

Advocate Health is seeking an RN for inpatient hospice care in Monroe County. The position is part-time with 12-hour shifts and two weekends every six weeks, supporting the inpatient unit. Responsibilities include managing an assigned patient caseload, coordinating a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring timely care and documentation per the plan of care and MD orders.
