Accounting Clerk

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join their client's dynamic team in California. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in accounting who are looking to advance their careers. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the accounting functions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) using QuickBooks Desktop.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and filed in compliance with company policies.
• Assist with month-end closing processes and financial reporting.
• Maintain organized records and support audit preparations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and workflow.

Requirements:

• Education requirement is an associate's degree in accounting.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, during the 1st shift.

Additional Details:

Pay Range: $20 - $23 per hour
