We bring together the best talent across LATAM to deliver innovative marketing and media solutions for some of the world's most recognized brands.With more than 1,700 professionals across the region, we foster a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-driven environment where people can learn, innovate, and make an impact every day.We Move People, and People Move Us.OverviewWe're looking for an eCommerce Analyst to join our growing team!In this role, you'll manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across leading Retail Media platforms such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Mercado Libre Ads, and Google Ads, working alongside global teams and well-known brands.If you're passionate about digital advertising, data-driven optimization, and eCommerce, we'd love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesLaunch, monitor, and optimize eCommerce advertising campaigns across multiple Retail Media platforms.Manage campaign setup, taxonomy creation, audience, QA, pacing, and budget optimization.Monitor the health of your campaigns, ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including daily management of campaign budgets, website conversions, bid management, and ad creative based on performance history and the client's objectives. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global account teams to ensure successful campaign execution.Communicate campaign updates, performance insights, and optimization strategies to clients.Identify growth opportunities, test new platform features, and contribute to process improvements.Stay current on Retail Media trends, certifications, and best practices.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.B2+ English level (required).1–2+ years of experience managing and optimizing eCommerce media campaigns.Experience with one or more of the following platforms:Amazon AdsWalmart ConnectMercado Libre AdsGoogle AdsIntermediate Excel skills.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.Nice to HaveExperience working with Retail Media campaigns for global brands.Knowledge of campaign reporting and performance analysis.Digital advertising certifications are a plus.Experience collaborating with international teams.If you're excited to grow your career in Retail Media while working with global clients and a highly collaborative team, we'd love to meet you!Additional informationWhy Join PGD?Work with globally recognized brands.Collaborate with international teams.Continue developing your Programmatic expertise with leading advertising technologies.Grow your career in one of the world's largest communications groups.
