Overview Headway seeks fully licensed master's-level mental health counselors (LMHC/LPCMH/LIMHP) to join its platform and start or expand private practices by accepting insurance. The role involves credentialing, compliance support, EHR tools, billing/payment facilitation, and access to insurance networks to increase earnings and reach insured clients. Providers must have valid licensure, an NPI number, malpractice insurance, and can benefit from CEU offerings and administrative support. Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Wage: Between $120-$131 an hour About you You’re a fully-licensed Mental Health Counselor at a Master’s level or above with LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP licensure (accepted on a state by state basis), a valid NPI number, and malpractice insurance.
