Responsibilities for Foreclosure Coordinator include but are not limited to:

· Role focuses on administrative tasks to support the foreclosure process.

· Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day processing of foreclosures.

· Reviews and gathers information relating to foreclosure documentation.

· Reviews of real property conveyance and encumbrance documents.

· Searches and reviews bankruptcy matters per written procedure.

· Establishes and maintains positive client/vendor relationships.

· Communicates with owners, vendors, and clients regarding foreclosure matters, answering questions, and providing information.

· Coordinate and process all mailings.

· Inputs and updates data in spreadsheets and other programs to track all foreclosures.

· Orders and reviews of title reports using multiple applications.

· Performs other duties or projects as assigned.

Candidates for Foreclosure Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· 1-2 years of directly related real estate office experience; prefer foreclosure experience

· Team player

· Resourceful

· Customer service skills

· Communication skills: verbal & written

· Proficient MS Office skills set; Excel skills

· Working with confidential and proprietary information. Able to exercise discretion, confidentiality and sound judgment

· Ability to work under pressure, manage challenging customer interactions, and remain flexible to changing schedules and demands

· Able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within time constraints, paying particular attention to detail

· Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.94 per hour
