What You'll Do

As the General Manager, you'll take ownership of the restaurant's day-to-day performance while building a team and culture that reflects the brand's standards and energy.

You'll be responsible for:

• Lead daily restaurant operations with a hands-on, people-first approach
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members
• Create a positive, high-energy culture focused on teamwork and accountability
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining product quality and consistency
• Manage scheduling, labor, payroll, and staffing levels
• Monitor P&L performance, budgets, and key business metrics
• Oversee food and beverage ordering, inventory, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
• Address guest concerns and provide effective service recovery
• Partner with vendors, the District Manager, HR, and Operations leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall restaurant performance
• Step into the operation wherever needed—this is a lead-from-the-front leadership role

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a proven restaurant leader who knows how to build great teams and run a great business.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or retail management experience
• Fast-casual or QSR experience strongly preferred
• Experience leading and developing a team
• Strong understanding of labor, scheduling, payroll, and restaurant financials
• Experience with inventory, ordering, and cost management
• A genuine passion for guest service
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• The ability to maintain accountability while creating a positive team culture
• Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays based on business needs
