Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Engage face-to-face with guests staying at our resort properties and promote opportunities to meet with our concierge team
• Serve as a point of contact for resort guests and visitors to receive information about resort activities and promotions
• Distribute Hilton Grand Vacations authorized marketing material and information

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

• At least six months of customer service experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations, and etiquette skills in person
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to work a full shift walking and standing, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Qualified candidates must enjoy approaching guests in the lobby of our resort and recommend they visit our concierge/marketing desk
