NOW HIRING: CNC Lathe Operator/Machinist – 2nd Shift
Fort Worth, TX

 $23.00 – $30.00+ per hour DOE

 2nd Shift | Steady Hours + Overtime Opportunities

  May Train on 1st Shift Before Moving to 2nd Shift

Are you an experienced  CNC Lathe Operator looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing manufacturing operation? We are seeking skilled machinists who thrive in a fast-paced production environment and have experience producing high-quality precision components.

If you have strong CNC lathe experience, can read blueprints, work independently, and maintain tight tolerances, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

✔ Operate CNC lathes in a high-mix, moderate-volume manufacturing environment
✔ Perform machine setups, changeovers, offsets, insert changes, and tooling adjustments
✔ Conduct in-process inspections and verify product quality
✔ Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain production efficiency
✔ Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
✔ Utilize precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, and thread gauges
✔ Maintain production standards while ensuring a safe and clean work area
✔ Operate multiple machines when required

What We're Looking For:

✅ Minimum 2 years of CNC Lathe experience in a machine shop or production environment
✅ Experience with FANUC controls and G-code programming
✅ Ability to read blueprints and technical prints
✅ Strong understanding of precision measurements and quality inspection processes
✅ Experience using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments
✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
✅ Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
✅ Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

Highly Preferred Experience:

⭐ API threading experience (BTC, LTC)
⭐ Experience machining casing couplings or related oilfield products
⭐ Familiarity with YCM, Doosan, or Samsung CNC lathes
⭐ Experience using Gagemaker thread measurement tools
⭐ High-mix, moderate-volume manufacturing experience
