Are you a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a knack for numbers and a passion for healthcare? We are seeking an exceptional Consulting Accounts Payable Analyst to join our vibrant team. You will be required to go beyond basic invoice processing, engaging in reconciliations, reporting, and process improvement. Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Accounts Payable Analyst, your main responsibility will be to manage and streamline all aspects of our accounts payable function. You will be expected to:

• Analyze and reconcile accounts payable ledgers.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports related to AP metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any financial discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and procedures.
• Assist with other accounting projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an AP role.
• Experience in a hospital or university environment is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud and GHX is preferred. However, candidates with other AP experience who can demonstrate the ability to learn quickly are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of complex processes with the ability to work independently.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to partner with internal teams.
• Stable work history with longer tenure, not heavily contract-based.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

We are not looking for candidates who are primarily transactional AP processors. We prioritize candidates who demonstrate critical thinking, adaptability, and the ability to ramp up quickly. This role holds potential for conversion to a full-time position for the right candidate.
