Job Description:
Join a Critical Care Float Pool as a travel ICU Registered Nurse supporting multiple intensive care units across Columbus. This assignment includes floating among medical, neuro, surgical, medical cardiac, cardiovascular, and cardiology-focused critical care units, with exposure to complex cases including kidney, liver, lung, and heart transplants. You will provide direct care for critically ill patients, interpret and manage dysrhythmias, care for patients with multisystem organ dysfunction or failure, obtain 12-lead EKGs, and support post-cardiac surgery patients. Flexibility across units is essential—every shift may bring a new critical care challenge.
