If you enjoy hands-on troubleshooting, fixing things right the first time, and helping residents feel at home, this is a great fit for you.In this role, you'll handle day-to-day repairs, perform preventative maintenance, and help keep our community running smoothly and looking great.What You'll Do Day-to-Day:Work Orders: Complete daily resident service requests for general plumbing, basic electrical, light carpentry, and appliance repair.Preventative Maintenance: Inspect buildings, common areas, and mechanicals regularly to spot and fix minor issues before they become big problems.Turnovers: Assist in preparing vacant apartments for new residents (minor repairs, hardware replacement, safety checks).Resident Communication: Provide friendly, professional updates to residents while completing work orders in their homes.Safety & Standards: Maintain clean work areas, follow safety protocols, and ensure the community grounds are well- maintained.Qualifications & Requirements:Experience: 1+ years of experience in residential, apartment, or commercial building maintenance.Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with basic plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, drywall repair, and general maintenance.Certifications: EPA / HVAC Certification is a strong plus Tools & Transport: Valid driver's license and your own basic hand tools required.Availability: Willingness to participate in a shared, rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
