Job Description As a Security Officer - Experienced Concierge in Scottsdale, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.28 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:30 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:30 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:30 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:30 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations according to site guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity. Monitor access points, observe building activity, and report maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts. Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by assisting with visitor directions, monitoring property conditions, and communicating clearly with property management and/or emergency personnel when needed. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
