Phlebotomy Site Coordinator

Job Overview Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomy Site Coordinator to join our team in Chandler, AZ at 725 South Dobson Road, Suite 103, Chandler, AZ 85224. The work schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm and rotating Saturdays; additional days/hours as needed. Job Responsibilities Observe and report any performance, compliance or staffing related issues to supervisors. Manage and monitor patient flow, wait times, inventory levels and information logs. Monitor monthly productivity reports and report any deviations as necessary. Address any customer service‑related issues in a prompt and respectful manner. Promote teamwork, cohesiveness and effective communication among coworkers. Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1 or more years of Phlebotomy experience. Preferred Qualifications 6 months experience leading a team. Phlebotomy certification or completed training program. Additional Job Standards A Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency. Able to pass a standardized color blindness test. Strong communication skills; both written and verbal. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
