Harm Reduction Care Navigator
Austin Travis County Sobriety Center
Austin Travis County Sobriety Center is seeking a Care Coordinator to support clients on their journey toward harm reduction and recovery. The role works with a multidisciplinary team to assess needs, coordinate services, and facilitate engagement in treatment and supportive resources.
Preferred candidates hold a BS/MS in Social Work and have experience in healthcare or emergency settings, with BLS certification and a Texas driver’s license. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
