As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure comprehensive care.

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
• Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and timely
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
