Easy PTO Paid vacation time Dental Insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Potential for Growth Stable Work Environment Family like surroundings SAR Unit Manager Responsibilities: Supervise clinical staff and ensure delivery of person-centered care on the SAR unit Coordinate admissions, discharges, and patient care planning with interdisciplinary teams Monitor clinical documentation, medication administration, and compliance with regulatory standards Provide staff coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback Communicate effectively with families, providers, and rehab partners to support optimal recovery SAR Unit Manager (RN) Qualifications: Active RN license in the state of New Jersey (required) Previous experience in subacute/rehab or similar setting Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Ready to join us?
