Senior Strategic Project Manager

Ibotta is seeking a SeniorStrategic Project Manager to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. We are looking for someone to be responsible for leading implementation projects to partner with vanguards in grocery retail, commerce, and advertising to join the Ibotta Performance Network (IPN).This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.Not based in Denver? We will offer a relocation bonus to help make your move to the Mile High City a smooth one.What you will be doing:Identify, scope, and support resourcing decisions for project demandsPlan, execute, and complete projects across various departments and company initiativesWork effectively on project teams while demonstrating personal accountability, leadership, and integritySet project goals, identify key wins and risksFacilitate meetings, assign clear action items and follow-upsEstablish KPIs and monitor quantitative impact of projectsFor issues outside of scope, find data-driven alternative solutions to address themLead effective project reviews and retrospectives to gather feedback, implement issue detection processes, and take action to make improvementsLeverage strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels of the business to identifyAdvance Ibotta’s project management practice and the Business Transformation and Operations team’s consultative toolkit and impactMentor other Business Transformation and Operations team members and stakeholders on Project Management practicesCreate and maintain relevant documents using PMO templatesDesign problem solving approaches for complex projects and facilitate the approach through workshops, analysis tools, training, and coordinationEmbrace and uphold Ibotta’s Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency & A good idea can come from anywhereWhat we are looking for:5+ years experience as a Project Manager managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced technology organization or related fieldBachelor’s degree, Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or other related field a plusTechnical Skills: Demonstrated competency in all phases of Project Management, advanced PMBOK project management competency, PMP certification preferredExperience with identifying, scoping, and managing complex, cross-functional technology-oriented projectsAdvanced time management skills and ability to quickly shift from one project and/or problem space to anotherDeep problem solving toolkit with experience accelerating projects through Business Analysis, Consulting, Lean Six Sigma, Data Analytics, and/or design thinkingAdvanced facilitation skills with experience facilitating trainings, workshops, meetings, and briefings to large groups of stakeholders and executivesAbility to be self-directed and perform at a high level in a dynamic environmentExceptional stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence key stakeholders, manage expectations, and support conflict resolution (resource, interpersonal, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication and executive presenceStrong business and technical acumen, relevant industry and domain experience preferredExperience measuring customer satisfaction and engagement with delivered workAbout Ibotta ("I bought a...")Ibotta (NYSE: IBTA) is a leading performance marketing platform allowing brands to deliver digital promotions to over 200 million consumers through a network of publishers called the Ibotta Performance Network (IPN).
