Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience with K-12 student populations, preferably in school-based or virtual settings
• Proficiency in designing and implementing individualized intervention plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and educational staff online
• Comfort with digital therapy platforms and willingness to integrate technology into service delivery
• Ability to document and maintain detailed progress and compliance records

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide teletherapy occupational therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload (grades Kindergarten through 12)
• Assess students’ functional abilities and develop tailored treatment strategies to enhance participation and achievement in school activities
• Consult with educational staff to adapt curriculum and classroom environments in support of student needs
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation and participate in virtual IEP meetings as required
• Adhere to compliance standards and timelines throughout the contract period
