Senior Consultant, Analytics

Role Overview Trinity is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Analytics organization, focusing on delivering data and AI-enabled analytics solutions to life‑science clients. Responsibilities Lead client engagements and delivery of analytics projects as part of the Analytics Strategy team. Design, implement, and maintain AI/ML–based analytics solutions, including forecasting, sales analytics, omnichannel measurement and data science. Develop customized solutions that address commercial pharma/biotech needs and provide actionable insights. Mentor and train junior staff, collaborate cross‑functionally, and support internal development of innovative capabilities. Create client proposals and presentations, manage multiple concurrent work streams, and meet project deadlines. Participate in recruiting, training and mentorship activities for junior staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 3–5 years of experience in life sciences analytics, consulting or related fields. Experience with commercial pharma datasets, advanced analytics applications, omnichannel measurement, marketing analytics or technology‑enabled solutions. Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities. Foundational understanding of AI, LLMs and life‑science real‑world data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to independently manage multiple work streams and deadlines. Strong collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Compensation Base salary starting at $140,000 with an annual discretionary performance bonus.
